Professionals from all modalities of elder care, including doctors, nurses, clergy, and healthcare service providers will be attending this one-day conference. Join us as together we work toward increased professional awareness of elder-care issues in the Silicon Valley.
Our goal is to bring together all those who work with individuals in transition, creating an opportunity for each participant to grow in their ability to offer compassionate,
supportive, and professional care.
